Well, I can say that we've played 3 of 4 parts together, Tere, Thran and I. I can guarantee we have a table, likely at 3-4 (unless Tere and Thran are leveling to 5 soon).

@HMM is it possible that we could recruit an additional GM, or talk one of the 3-4 GMs (Cwethan currently is clear of signups) into playing.

I'll make sure we have a table of 6!

I'll work on getting a core table or two added. Can you solidify which tier you three would need?

Sounds like Tere and I will be 5th, and Thran will be 3-4.

Will confirm.

Thank you, GM Dennis!

Grand Lodge 5/5 5/5

Just to confirm (Alaric already checked by PM but I just saw this post so might as well respond directly here): Thran will be lvl 4 after he finishes the current special

My Core toon (LT) will be level 6.

Sounds like a tier 5-6 will be a good place to start then (Thran can play up if we don't also have a 3-4).

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

Alright, I've added a Core 5-6 table to the schedule. If there ends up being enough demand, we may be able to switch another table to core later.

Since it's February 3rd on most of the planet, I am now opening up Player signups for Outpost.

He already told me in PM that he is fine playing up (he's a bard).

He's got Shredder to do the hand-to-hand for him :D

Exactly!

I have a couple of questions regarding the Special.

1. As a GM in the special how does that work with allocating the chronicle? Can I allocate to any of my characters of only ones in the tier I GM?

2. I assume that I cannot both GM and play in the special. (I am currently registered to do just that, but had a realization in the shower this morning and thought I should check).

4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

!. You can apply your GM chronicle to any character from Tiers 1 - 11. The tier of the chronicle will match the character that you're applying it to.

2. You can both play and GM in the special -- just be respectful with your inside knowlege of the game.

Hmm

Thanks Hmm

All true. I expect a lot more of dino-Alaric, too.

Sorry, I think that was me. I'll try to do better next time.

It IS a very big list, totally understand.

Question, suppose, it is End of Feb/beginning of March and the DM doesn't have enough people. Let's say the main reason is that there are too many copies of the game being run. For instance, there are three tables of Starfinder number 33 on screen, but only one table of Starfinder number 24 on Screen, also full by the way. Obviously tables can be combined, like players from the table that don't have enough players can move over to another table, ie. to a different DM running the same game, until that table is full. But what about us DMs? Can that DM running number 33 that didn't get enough players, DM 24 instead?

4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

Doublegold, we'll be looking at that very question after the signup limits go away in late February. If you have no signups, we'll ask you whether you want to switch to another table of a different scenario or fold it. Or we may move players around if you have almost but not quite a legal table. These are things we look at in late February, once we have better data.

I've been spending a little time trying to get some of our higher level tables Starfinder tables to make, encouraging more signups there because people have fewer characters at that level. But I think that all the low level tables will just fill by themselves once the signup limits lift. Let's see what happens!

I just sent a message about the Outpost gameday to the players of our local lodge.

Question: Are we allowed to have 7 PCs sign up for a single game, or do we stay at 6 max? Someone messaged me to ask if he could join one of my games as #7.

My answer is 'it depends'? Right now I'd like to encourage players to join our Outpost tables that have not filled yet.

Conditions that might make me change my mind:
There are times when I would be willing to make an exception though.... Say if a parent & child want to play together with a GM and table that's good with child players, or if an established 7 person group that usually plays together wants to play under the same GM, or if all the low level tables are full, I could see allowing a group to open up a seat for a brand new player.

In other words -- I am going to take requests for 7 person tables on a case-by-case basis. Right now though I am asking that players sign up for Outpost tables that have empty seats.

Does this make sense?

Hmm

2/5 **

Yup, that makes sense to me. I'll let the player know. Thanks for the response!

We lift the limit on player sign up for games at UTC midnight, which translates to 7pm Central today. We're an international campaign!

Do we have an ETA for 8-99D dropping into our downloads?

Silver Crusade 3/5 5/5 Venture-Lieutenant, Online—PbP

Unfortunately, no. Drops happen when they happen. Please let us know when you start seeing them!

Sovereign Court 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 **** Venture-Agent, Georgia—Atlanta

We have more space available in the Outpost II PbP SFS 1-99 for Tier 1-2, because we just added a table! Still some space available in the 3-4 and 5-6 tiers, as well!

2/5

Just a quick note to keep an eye on your games in the spread sheet. I had one that said Open seats? FALSE but only 5 people were listed. The last few cells for player 6 looked empty but must of had something in them to trigger the FALSE space calculation. I selected the apparently empty cells and used the Edit-->Delete values menu item on the cells and that fixed it up.

Then the empty space was promptly taken by a real person. :)

Also I have a couple games that probably wont make, are we ready to nuke them or pick some other in demand scenario?

Quick question: I live in the GMT+10 Time Zone, which means that March 11 will come a bit earlier for me than most everyone else. May I start my game when it's March 11 my time, or do I need to wait until it's March 11 on the West Coast of the U.S.A.?

4/5 5/55/55/55/5 ****

Because this is an international campaign, the official start time for Outpost is UTC Midnight on March 11th, which translates to 7pm March 10th Central Standard Time.

^ This is a long way of saying yes.

Looks like Reaver's Roar dropped for me but not Tapestry's Trial. Is it typical for them to come in more than one batch?

Yes

EDIT: Speaking of, 8-99D just dropped.

Just checking... Has the details behind Outpost II convention boon support been released yet?

2/5 5/5 **

Indirectly. They're mentioned in the boon trading threads.

SO, a quick question...

Who are we supposed to contact re: a missing GM?

Grand Lodge 4/5

Pathfinder Adventure, Rulebook Subscriber

Standard procedure is to post in the Flaxseed lodge after a week of radio silence if we are looking for a replacement.

2/5 5/5 ***

I'm trying to report game, but it is saying Retrocon. Reporting anyway.

5/5

DoubleGold (or anyone else), please correct me if I'm wrong.

We haven't received instructions and details for boon support yet or at least I haven't seen anything come out yet.

So that means your table hasn't rolled for whether they've won boons or not yet, right? Shouldn't the reporting happen after the table has rolled for boons?

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 **** Venture-Captain, Minnesota

Yes, please hold on reporting.

I'm trying to find out if Jesse wants us to report to a new form like the one that the OSP is using, or whether we're going to something else.

Also, I never got an email on your reported game -- so I may have to ask you to resubmit in a couple days.

Sorry about this inconvenience here.

Hmm

PS I just sent an email to everyone about this.

2/5 **

Thanks for checking on this. One of my tables just finished.

2/5 5/5 ***

Players get to roll for boons? Cool, there was no instructions about rolling for boons for players, so I thought there was none for the players.

Grand Lodge 2/5 *

Do we need to go ahead and roll for boons and report the game for Outpost II if we haven’t finished it yet?

The Game I’m running is close to finishing, but may take one or two weeks more.

4/5

Go ahead and submit the reporting, including boon results if needed. If things change, you can let the VCs know and they can update the prestige or reporting conditions as needed. I submitted mine weeks ago.
