2019 Event Submissions

PaizoCon General Discussion

Paizo Employee Customer Service & Community Manager

If you’d like a dedicated time and space and the opportunity for PaizoCon attendees to sign up for your event in advance, fill out the link below for each event you’d like to run. If you’d like to run the same event more than once, you can indicate in the notes. There are 22 fields to fill out that help me understand how best to include your event on the PaizoCon programing schedule. If you wish to review the questions before starting the survey, I’ve provided the questions below.

If you include your email address, the survey tool will email you your responses when you click the submit button. You should also be able to go back and edit your survey information after submission, though I would appreciate a heads up if you make significant changes to your event as I may begin scheduling submitted events prior to March 1. You are welcome to post in this thread or email me at paizocon at paizo.com with any questions about the venue, rooms, scheduling, content, running events on behalf of another company, etc.

The deadline for scheduled event submissions is March 1st, 2019.

Original Text::
Hey folks, I'm getting ready to put up the survey for event submissions. I'm just waiting for confirmation of the date I need to set the deadline for submission. I thought I'd give some advanced details on the questions so you can review see what they are and if you're feeling enthusiastic, start gathering your information.

If you see anything missing or that isn't clear, please let me know and I can correct it before pushing the event survey live. Do not reply to this thread with your event data or post your event data publicly on paizo.com. Use the survey tool when it is uploaded. If you have concerns about using the survey (I use Google's survey tool), please email me at paizocon at paizo.com so we can work out alternate arrangements.

I added in a missing field for the type of event and have also updated the post as event submission is now live. Chris is going to be updating the PaizoCon site page with this information and posting a blog as her schedule permits.
