Which Magical Girl / Boy is Best Magical Girl / Boy?

Advice

So far, I know of:

Magical Girl (Anime d20)

Magical Girl (Gonzo)

Henshin Hero (Gonzo)

Magical Child (Vigilante Archetype)

Eldritch Scion (Magus Archetype)

Which one would be the best option for someone who wants to play a Magical Girl-type character? Are there other candidates I missed?

It’d really depend on which magical girl your character wants to emulate. Really, almost any magical class could be used to emulate some type of magical girls.

Synthesist Summoner!
You get a minute-long transformation sequence, which empowers you with strange abilities and an ancient being to guide you through using them.
Go Biped, give it the Flight and the Weapon Proficiency evolution to wield the sword that you magicked out of thin air (stored on your Eidolon), or do the usual Ball-o-Tentacles build.
As a plus: you have the best spell list in the game, and can fight better than the group's Fighter.
As a plus: if you don't like something you chose you can change it when you level up, or use the Transmogrify spell to fix it.

I also forgot Bloodrager and the Black Blade group of archetypes (just Blade-Bound Magus and Blade Adept Arcanist in here, right?)

...Anyway, in your opinion, which class/archetype makes the best Magical Girl?

What are you aiming to do.

This one seems very fighty by game mechanics, maybe like Power Puff Girls? There is a focus on a particular magic item. The BAB progression is like a Monk or Cleric.

So, Warpriest?

Maybe multiclass as a Maneuver Master Monk and Scarf Dancer Magus?

That’s just too broad of a category, to give an answer. It’s like asking “what makes the best prince” or “what makes the best hero”. Which magical girl are you trying to emulate?

I'll just leave this here

It's for the 5E warlock. Which, I strongly believe, was designed with magical girl/boy in mind as one of interpretations of what the class represents.

The problem really is the transformation sequence. Any slightly magical class or archetype can do the magic bit, but they don't look any different so the concept isn't there.

Magical Girl Vigilante and Synthesist Summoner are probably better, but there is a third I will throw out there: Bloodrager. Supernatural special effects from level one when you bloodrage, but nobody said your rage has to be all butch and moody. Your character can yell "I won't let you hurt my friends!" and then transform.

Isn't there a way to pick up transformation as a social talent, and a feat or something to pick up a talent for a non-vigilante?

Sleeves of many garments are rather cheap and can let you “transform”.

For the transformation. There was dimensional armor from one of the dragon magazines years back. Magic belt you put over armor and stored it in a extra-dimensional space until called it. Twirl a bit and you're good.

Bonus: It also works for your Samurai Trooper inspired characters.
