how many exploits can an arcanist use in a round?

Rules Questions

I can't seem to find anything on what type of action using an exploit is. For example:

Energy Shield says in the description that it requires a standard action. however, Flame arc does not say anything about actions, and under Arcane resevoir it says:
Points from the arcanist reservoir are used to fuel many of the arcanist’s powers. In addition, the arcanist can expend 1 point from her arcane reservoir as a free action whenever she casts an arcanist spell.

Can I do both in one round?

Can I use two flame arcs for that matter?

If there isn't an action listed, it is assumed to be a standard action.

Unless otherwise noted, Supernatural abilities (SU) take a standard action to use. (See Table: Actions in Combat)

You can activate as many as you have actions for, and resevoir points remaining. Normally each character can make 1 swift action, any number of free actions, and either a full round action or 1 standard and 1 move action, or a standard action can be substituted for a second move action.

Many of them are part of another move or standard action and do not require any additional actions. Best part is that if you cast a spell as your standard action for the round and have some form of an additional standard action, you can still use many exploits that require one because they are not spell casting.
