Was looking at placing an order as the only place I can get the Emerald Spire map pack is directly from Paizo but I live in Canada and have a few questions.
1. Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of Paizo cost and shipping?
2. Why does shipping to Canada for the cheapest option cost almost 30$? With exchange rate that’s like 40$ for the least expensive option. ( I haven’t ordered from USA from awhile but last time I ordered a map pack it was like 8$.
3. Is Paizo ever going to have a Canadian priced shipping hub or the likes? ( A lot of companies had separate Canadian websites nowadays with the .ca web address and I love that they do that now)

1. Customs fees or import taxes are not something we're able to estimate because it can vary so widely both amongst all the countries we ship to as well as between regions or even between postal & customer workers within a single country. However, we have noticed an uptick in the number of Canadian customers mentioning they've had to pay customs fees or import taxes on their Paizo packages.
2. The price difference is due to the product contents and packaging. The Emerald Spire Flip Mats is not the same size as the regular flip mats map packs.
Examples:
Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Wizard's Dungeon: 10.10 x 8.10 x 0.25 in., 0.42 lbs.
Pathfinder Map Pack: Fungus Forest: 8.25 x 5.30 x 0.30 in., 0.46 lbs
Emerald Spire: 10.10 x 8.10 x 2.00 in., 2.85 lbs
Because the maps are not bound printed matter and the Emerald Spire set is so large, we are limited in the methods we can use to ship that item.
3. We have no announced plans for any additional Paizo distribution warehouses.
