And nobody wants to be yelled at. Well, there are some, I guess, but that's a Pandora's box best left unopened.

The people that want to get yelled at are generally people I don't want to hang around with.

In any case I'm now concerned that my neighbor four houses up isn't well because I went her house. There were a bunch of "youngster" (early to mid 20s I'm assuming by the amount of beer there.) And was told her dog was in the kennel. Which isn't something she does regularly IF she's a) around and b) not having difficulties.

So we'll see.

Mostly I'm going to bed and hope this back ache I got from having two dogs take up the wrong spots on the bed will sort itself out.

Hope she's ok!

Ugh. Game night (the first one in 3 weeks) and I feel like shpoop. I'm not going to postpone it but I fear my performance as a GM will lack. Here's hoping I can wing something fun!

Cal,

I think but a) she hasn't called me and b) I'm assuming her daughter is taking care of stuff. Since she was here starting this past Monday/Tuesday.

I did see that her car finally had moved so...we'll see if that's a good sign or not.

Despite being unprepared except for a couple of encounters and an NPC from an earlier campaign making a special appearance, my game went pretty smoothly. I'm glad I've played with these guys for so long. We can read each other's cues pretty well and winging a session has become fairly second nature to me over the years.

Well my gaming session went well but I feel like Hero Lab might be screwing me out of skill points. Even though I think I did kind of math it wrong when it came to 20 point stat buys with an elf shaman.

Is it Monday again? ALready?@?!?

I feel like Tableflip McRagequit sometimes has strong opinions just to have an excuse to flip a table.

No one in my group wants to do point buy. I asked. I'm ok with that.

Shut up, you.

*flip*

He needs a hug.

My desk!

I can't think of anything to add...

Btw, to be clear, I was telling quibblemuch to shut up, not you Cal. Weird post order might make that look wrong.

LOL no worries!

Great. My aliases are coming undone.

Aliases are a three-edged sword.
So are tables.

So the headache I had all day yesterday crept up into migraine territory and it's stayed there. Ugh. Whoever has the voodoo doll of me can stop torturing it now. I'll give you whatever you want.

Hey I'm all for rolling dice myself. Especially the way I do it (for stat determinations) but I'm not the GM/DM. So...this is how it goes.

Also I don't have aliases. I do have two accounts though. :p

Has anyone heard from John Napier recently? He hasn't popped up to say "Hello" in quite a bit.

I'm sure he's just depressed about the Steelers. Maybe. I'm not worried yet since he's not far from me. I mean relative to the rest of you...

My Peter tingle is warning me not to.

John showed yesterday on FAWTL. I think he had a series of overlong watches at work.

See Cal? Nothing to worry about.

Also tingling isn't always good. I mean look at poor Peter Parker and his...tingle...

Still fighting the headache. At least I can no longer feel my heartbeat in my temples!

Why certainly! (double checks)

That's right. Last week, beginning at 2:30 P.M. on Thursday and ending at 4 P.M. on Friday, I worked 20 hours. Not including five hours between Midnight and 5 A.M. on Friday. In which I got four hours of sleep, if you want to call sleeping upright in an office chair with a concrete wall as a pillow "sleep."

Ugh. Hate to hear that!

I once worked the overnight shift at a radio station in my old hometown. After midnight it was automated so all I had to do was babysit the satellite feed. It never messed up so I'd record the weather for the first 3-hour segment then go to sleep behind the transmitter for a while. I'm surprised, so surprised, that I was never caught.

I dunno I mean if you're unconscious...that sort of sleeping John...

I know. It was extremely uncomfortable, and not something that I would like to do too often.

ARGH!

It felt like it was MONDAY all through yesterday.

It's Wednesday, can it at least FEEL like Tuesday already?!?

>_<

HAppy Hump day?

EDIT- It is for certain going to be one of THOSE weeks.
I have a tingle,... ;P

My tingle is a full-on quake at this moment. My son and his mom are at odds again and I'm caught in the middle. I've never seen any two people more able to push each other's buttons than those two and the result is always bad and I always end up involved in their problems somehow. So my Wednesday is definitely someone's Monday right now.

That sounds nerve-gratingly, adrenaline-spikingly terrible. You have my deepest sympathies.

Thanks, Amby. It's exactly as you described and I no longer have a doctor who can prescribe my anxiety meds so I'm dealing with this without benefit of pharmaceutical aid.

My anxiety and depression are also currently unmedicated for financial reasons, so while I don't know exactly what you're experiencing (thank goodness for me), I've got a pretty good idea and I definitely sympathize.

I am quit comfortable with the voices in my head.
My inner 6 yr old girl child walks up and says "He IS 'TOUCHING' ME!
I reach down and lift up on the hatch door in the floor. It opens revealing a stairway going down. "OK down Little Miss Bumble Sneakers."
Walking down the stairs I say "Stand still Laddy. How can you have any pudding if don't eat your meat."

My Wednesday wasn't terrible for it being Wednesday. Mostly because now I have less than a week left before Mom comes home and I don't have to cook for myself.

Also good, I'm getting paid. But that happens towards the end of every week since I started this pet sitting gig...
