Buying Prestige Awards from another faction

Is it possible to buy a Prestige Award(from the PFS Field Guide) from a retired faction that has no equivalent?

For example: Can my Tian Xia Kitsune buy the Lantern Lodge Honorific Prestige Award even if my PC is Sovereign Court?

No, and if you buy a prestige award from faction A and then change to faction B, you lose the benefits of the prestige award.

There's a boon that allows you to buy Lantern Lodge prestige awards, but if I recall, it's only if you earned certain amount of xp/prestige before the faction was retired.
