Home brew 6th Tier Universal mythic power

Homebrew and House Rules

For a homebrew mythic power, please tell me what you think of this power:

6th Tier Universal Path Ability

Could have been a wizard (Ex): You receive arcane spells based on your intelligence score allotted on the bonus spell table in the core rulebook. You receive and may cast arcane spells with a spell level equal or lower than your mythic tier and your caster level equals your tier. Arcane spell users may not receive bonus spells twice (from this mythic ability and from normal high intelligence), but may cast bonus spells of a higher spell level than their arcane class caster level would ordinarily allow. You may not apply any metamagic feats to these spells, or feats such a spell mastery. Arcane spell failure chance is doubled for when wearing armor. All spells the mythic being attempts to prepare must be prepared as if they were prepared from a borrowed spellbook, thought he preparation time is still one hour for all spells. Spells prepared by this mythic ability are not retained beyond 24 hours and must be prepared a second time before use. All concentration checks take an additional -2 penalty when casting any spell provided by this mythic power.

Is this ability to powerful? Or does the restrictions balance the overall power? What additional restrictions, if any, would prevent this from becoming too powerful? Might need a better name; this is just a draft.
