Yes, there is. I would like the contents of my cart to be placed in my sidecart, as then I can save more on shipping.

Second, wouldn't it be nice if I as a customer could place whatever items I want in my sidecart on my own, instead of asking you? If this is already possible, then teach me how. It sure as heck isn't obvious.

Next time you order something, take a close look at the shipping options. One of the options is "Sidecart it", which if selected takes the things you just ordered and puts them into your sidecart to be shipped with your next subscription shipment. With the subscription you have, you can count on a monthly shipment at least until this summer.

David Knott 242 is correct.

The option to sidecart it is not quite as noticeable or user friendly as I'd like, and improvements on our carts are something I'm advocating for, but I'm not entirely sure when upgrades might come.

Let us know if you need additional assistance getting the items in your sidecart.

As I recall, I did already, and couldn't find anything mentioning sidecarts.


Under 2 Shipping, click "Change Shipping Details." The first choice is "Sidecart It" (click "Ship with My Subscriptions"), and the second choice is "Ship It" with various shipping methods.

Please delete Faiths of Golarion from my sidecart. Also, I would like to know when you will be mailing the next shipment to me, and how much it will end up being.

Taking a look at your account, I see one Return of the Runelords Poster Map Folio canceled from your currently pending sidecart order, but then I see one copy of the same folio pending (not canceled) in your sidecart. Is this the map folio you are talking about?

I apologize if there is any confusion with this, but it looks like you should still be on track to receive one of those when it releases in February. Just let me know if there are any further questions I can assist you with, and I'll be happy to do so.

Hello. Apparently, order 7584285 was submitted on the 11th. Do you guys have any idea as to when I will be billed and the order sent to me?

Hello Piccolo,

The order number you provided is a subscription generated order. As such, it will fall into our subscription shipping schedule laid out in the January 2019 New Releases & Subscription Shipping Thread.

We do not know exactly where your order will fall in the subscription shipping queue, but every month any subscription generated orders are expected to ship within the shipping timeframe designated in that month's shipping thread. For January, our shipping window is January 14th through January 25th.

Sigh. I wish you guys could be more precise. I will continue to refrain from purchasing anything else until I get the bill. I just don't like having my proverbial hands tied for so long.


I have some items in my sidecart, as I managed to figure out how to do it. The problem is that you guys are trying to send me another critical hit deck, and I have the one you just sent me. I do NOT want to be charged for one twice over!

I only see one critical hit deck in your order history which was sent to you as part of order 7584285. If there was a second deck in your sidecart it appears it has been removed before I took a look.

Yes, I was wondering when my order was going to be shipped. It's been pending for some time now. I know you guys have been snowed in for a bit, and that must have delayed things. However, it's been weeks.

At this point we are actually still within the normal shipping window laid out in this thread for subscriptions. We are still aiming to meet this deadline, and will update that linked thread above if this estimate changes.

Other non-subscription orders placed during our snow days may be seeing a bit of a delay as we have only had 2 shipping days since February 7th.

Referring to the subscription thread will provide you with any updates we have on the estimation of subscription orders.
