Two of my subscription products have been marked as shipped but the third hasn't. The two that have were both down as sent separately.

I assume that this is an error

This is a shipping error we have been seeing a few cases of recently. In order to make it right for you, I have moved the remaining item into its own order, waive the shipping, and provided a discount equal to the overcharged shipping from the packages splitting up. You should soon receive a confirmation email for this final package.
