Rarity system question: Is there more than one Necerion? XD

General Discussion

Okay, so I doubt to the title question is legitimately yes, but see, during one session when I was checking something, I suddenly burst out laughing so much that I got odd looks from my players. I then explained to them that I realized something hilarious when looking over Necerion's stat block.

He is marked as a Rare creature.

Not Unique.

The specific individual is marked as Rare rather than Unique. Does he have freaking clones somewhere? Do I need to be worried? XD

Maybe a Necerion from an alternate universe may exist within the confines of this universe's Golarion. Magic and rituals can (and should be able to) do some crazy things...

Something I'm going to do in When the Stars Go Dark:

I have 5 characters in my Playtest party so I have to adjust challenges up, so when my party gets to Aeteperax where they would fight Necerion and more extra enemies if they didn't get him in Red Flags, I'm actually going to stick a revival/clone/simulacrum/something of Necerion in that fight to fulfill the joke started with the whole Rare thing, since the prescribed increase to scale the fight is actually fulfilled by a level 15 creature. XD
