Good morning most excellent Paizo customer service team!

I just noticed that the payment method was declined. I’m not sure why, as I recently paid off my balance on that card. (Perhaps my card payment and the new charges crossed and that’s the issue). There should be sufficient credit for those pending purchases/orders.

If you need to know what the pending orders are ... it’s order # 5335717 (starting up the Starfinder AP line again) and order # 7546010

I truly believe that my payoff/payment the timing of the orders just crossed as it were.

There should be more than enough funds for these orders.

I haven’t seen an answer or a reply ... so I’m hoping you’ve either tried my payment method again, or are at least planning on doing so. I’ve contacted my card issuer and according to them, there are more than sufficient funds with my card.

Please let me know if you’re going to make a new attempt with my payment method, or if you have any questions or need more information.

I’m a little disappointed by the lack of communication. 9 times out of 10 I have received top notch customer service, but the apparent lack of communication is disappointing.

I’d truly appreciate some answers. Has the trouble with my card been resolved? Have my pending orders cleared and will I be receiving them soon? I’m tired of hanging in limbo, not knowing what’s going on.

Nov 12 would have been a holiday we were not in the office for, but we should have seen this the 13th or 14th when you re-posted. Thank you for trying to get in contact with us again.
