I need a quick build for an NPC 10th level fighter I'm looking for vigh AC, the ability to dish out lots of damage very fast with a two-handed weapon, and... something memorable and interesting, preferably in a nasty way. NPC WBL. Interesting combinations of archetypes and feats are welcome.

This is probably a bit funky, but how do you feel about a teleporting fighter? It's a bit of a gimmick, and it needs a bit of multiclassing and liberal use of retraining to work at 10th, but I do think the sheer unexpectedness of the trick will make him memorable.

Dex: 13 + 1 level-up = 14

That leaves another 1500 gp in the bank for any other items you might want to add.
With a base fortitude save of +9, this Fighter can activate both Flight Master and Teleportation Mastery twice per day, and can gain an additional use by spending 3 points of Occultist focus. That gives him three teleporting pounces per day, which is basically his whole gimmick. Damage-wise he'll need at least some of his buffs up to hit hard, but enlarge person and haste in conjunction make him pretty nasty, and the reach afforded by enlarge person in particular synergizes well with flight.
I don't know if this is anything like what you're looking for, but it's certainly not what you're expecting from a fighter. Also his will save is his highest saving throw; I put Iron Will in there just so that would be the case :-P
