With 10/11 years of scenarios, there are a lot of great NPCs who only appeared once or twice, never to be seen again. Who would you like to see make a reappearance in a future story?
For example, one I'd like to see again would be:

I'd love to see the NPCs from No Plunder, No Pay return. I played Caradoc Alazario as a Jack Sparrow-type character, and I'd love to see him again. And I want to know what Jirandiel Waverider's revenge is, because we stole her boat.
Also, I've heard Nikolai Adonai from The Sealed Gate is actually a PC character turned NPC, but I'd like to see what became of him.

He wasn't the author's VC PC, he was another person's VC PC.

Back in the early days of PFS, there was a running joke on the messageboards that Kyle Baird was the deadliest GM in all of PFS. Joe Caubo constantly kept daring Kyle Baird to kill one of his characters, and it became a running joke of its own. Eventually, at one big convention, Kyle ran Race for the Runecarved Key 1 for Joe playing VC Nikolai Adonai at Seeker tier, and killed him in one of the biggest combats in that scenario. Kyle then added that character in Sealed Gate, presumably so that we could all rejoice in killing him too.

The "Prince" from #0-13 Prince of Augustana...
I very much like this NPC - he makes the entire scenario, and so I have run it many times.
Any chance of getting another scenario with him in it? One where we get to work with "the Prince" again...
(c.1818? – January 8, 1880), known as Emperor Norton, was a citizen of San Francisco, California, who in 1859 proclaimed himself "Norton I, Emperor of the United States" and subsequently "Protector of Mexico".
Born in England, Norton spent most of his early life in South Africa. After the death of his mother in 1846 and his father in 1848, he sailed west, arriving in San Francisco possibly in November 1849. Norton initially made a living as a businessman, but he lost his fortune investing in Peruvian rice.
After losing a lawsuit in which he tried to void his rice contract, Norton's public prominence faded. He reemerged in September 1859, laying claim to the position of Emperor of the United States. Although he had no political power, and his influence extended only so far as he was humored by those around him, he was treated deferentially in San Francisco, and currency issued in his name was honored in the establishments he frequented.
Though some considered him insane or eccentric, citizens of San Francisco celebrated his regal presence and his proclamations, such as his order that the United States Congress be dissolved by force and his numerous decrees calling for a bridge crossing connecting San Francisco to Oakland, and a corresponding tunnel to be built under San Francisco Bay. Long after his death, similar structures were built in the form of the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge and the Transbay Tube, and there have been campaigns to rename the bridge "The Emperor Norton Bridge".
On January 8, 1880, Norton collapsed at the corner of California and Dupont (now Grant) streets and died before he could be given medical treatment. At his funeral two days later, nearly 30,000 people packed the streets of San Francisco to pay homage. Norton has been immortalized as the basis of characters in the literature of writers Mark Twain, Robert Louis Stevenson, Christopher Moore, Morris and Goscinny, Selma Lagerlöf, and Neil Gaiman.
At the peremptory request and desire of a large majority of the citizens of these United States, I, Joshua Norton, formerly of Algoa Bay, Cape of Good Hope, and now for the last 9 years and 10 months past of S. F., Cal., declare and proclaim myself Emperor of these U. S.; and in virtue of the authority thereby in me vested, do hereby order and direct the representatives of the different States of the Union to assemble in Musical Hall, of this city, on the 1st day of Feb. next, then and there to make such alterations in the existing laws of the Union as may ameliorate the evils under which the country is laboring, and thereby cause confidence to exist, both at home and abroad, in our stability and integrity.
— NORTON I, Emperor of the United States
I esp. like these quites
"...Although he had no political power, and his influence extended only so far as he was humored by those around him, he was treated deferentially ..." - people often tend to treat madmen deferentially.
"...Though some considered him insane or eccentric, citizens ... celebrated his regal presence and his proclamations, ..."

That was more of a temporary lifeless incapacitation. By Her Divine Light, Sarenrae brought me back.

I would like to see what happened to a certain Lich from the Fiend series.
I teamed up with an inquisitor of Pharasma and we wrecked his face.

I hate Poppo with a fiery passion, but I would like to see him return, yes.
Also, I made this thread two years ago, a peek in there might help.

Janira!
That said, it's nice to know some folks would like to see more of her.

It'd be nice to see Osprey again. It's always weird when an author moves on and the PC they wrote for just... vanishes. And Osprey's had it kind of hard lately.
I like Janira. Wouldn't mind seeing her help lead another group of level 1s through their paces. Maybe the dreamed-of, sought-after level 2 replayable? (wink wink, nudge nudge...)
I've always had a soft spot for Yargos Gill, everyone's favorite historical military reenactor.
You have to imagine that the Society is learning an awful lot from Isirah Tana. I'd like a chance to run into her again. Of course, at this point a lot of those characters would want to see her in a seeker scenario.
Harjandi was fun. Wayangs haven't gotten much time in the spotlight and I can't imagine they're going to be making an early reappearance in PF2.
I know of at least one grippli druid who would really love a chance at adventuring with Purrpurrup one more time before the lights go out.

Osprey, i only remember him from a couple of early season high-tier scenarios-
** spoiler omitted **would be nice to see him as an NPC with stat-blocks, for another wilderness-themed high-tier game.
I know a few people who have other reasons to want to see Osprey with a stat block. A few of our players don't like that guy very much :)

Janira has met with some truly gruesome deaths at the hands of my locals - and not even just in those two scenarios!
The number of Minotaur Greataxe crits I have seen her take to the face in the Confirmation...
Every single time I've played that scenario (3 or 4 times, I think), I've seen her eat a crit. Don't know how, it's statistically unlikely, but every single time it's a race to get her back on her feet again.

The First Steps was run by a beginning Judge - her first game (our 13 year old judge - and the next youngest person at the table was her mom - but that is another story). Mostly it was a lot of fun... and the judge really liked Ledford and the lack of complex tactics for that character. She seemed to enjoy the simple tactics of "hit it with a Great Ax", so much so that she built a "look alike" for him and took it into the next Core game as a PC - so we played Confirmation with a Halfling Barbarian with a great ax named Ledford (the halfling, not the ax).
Anyway - the second game was a lot of fun too (I was the Judge for this one) - and the final blow was glorious!
The PCs are rushing out of the cave to save Janira with most of the party shooting at the Big Bad. Ledford (from the back of the party) moves out of the cave up to the difficult area (the trees), and draws the potion of Feather Step (from the back pack Janira gave them). Next round he drinks the potion, using it to move thru the trees/underbrush and moves up to 10' short of the stream, so that he can get a running start to jump it next round. Then the third round he charges across - jumping the stream (I wasn't sure if he could charge and jump - but heck, rule of kewl and all that) right into combat with the BBE. Big Bad swings an AOO and misses "the Mustache with Feet" and the little guy rolls his first (and only) natural "20" of the night, and then just barely confirms the crit (thanks in part to the Bards singing). This, backed up with the damage from the missile fire (Force Missiles from the Evoker Wiz and arrows/bolts from the other players) and the BBE is down - dead.
So yeah, the male Halfling barbarian charged the monster and put it down with one Ax blow! Saving Janira.... and we fade into next scene (hay! the barbarian is run by a 13 year old girl! So clean up those thoughts you gamer geeks you!)
And thus the Big Bad from the old intro game killed the Big Bad from the second intro game...was glorious!
And it's great to see Ledford crits dished out to the NPCs for a change...

I'm prepping for my game tomorrow, and I'd like to see some payoff to S06-13 Of Kirin and Kraken. There's the tease of "there'll be more," so I hope we still get to see it. There were a few Tien adventures in season 9, but I don't think there wasn't a followup to this one, right?
Sidenote: I haven't played much of season 10 yet, but for a season named after the Decemvirate, I haven't seen anything referencing them yet.

I would like to see a nice explanatory scenario that shows that the one incongruous Torch appearance I've heard about was actually a doppleganger or the like, and the mission is by the actual Torch to clear their name for whatever reason.
You could call it something like
The Silent Tide of the Many Fortunes of Grandmaster Torch: The Mantis' Prey uses the Unseen Inclusion to provide the Salvation of the Sages en route to a Destiny in the Sands ((Hey, he's known for bending rules!))

Clearly grandmaster Torch suffers from a dissociative identity disorder. Most likely caused by the (non)actions of the Decimverate.

Although not an NPC, more of Moloch from Citadel of Flame.
Cyflymder from Tide of Morning.
Jathyl from Flesh Collector.
Sheila Heidmarch (because she’s the best).
Chrysalis Black from The Golemworks Incident.
Michellia Blakros (?) and Damian Kastner from the Blakros Matrimony. A followup would be... nice.
Kalkamedes from the Night March of Kalkamedes.
The entire cast from Shores of Heaven.
