Declining cards for online order

A few days ago i ordered a large order, but it seamed that my card was being declined. I was unsure of what was going on at the time and clicked the large orange button several times thinking is wasn't receiving my request. I looked at the transactions on my bank and it showed several processing orders. As of writing this right now, most of them are starting to disappear thankfully. I also asked my brother to use his card and it seams that his was also declined.

Anyone know what the problem might be? Is the order fulfilled and i wasn't notified of it? I would like to get the items i'm trying to order asap for an upcoming game.


I also had this issue on sunday night, anyone heard anything? FYI I used a Visa debit card.

See this FAQ. Most likely, your card is failing address match verification. The processor Paizo uses is very picky about an exact match.

What you see on your bank statement is a hold placed by your bank, not a finalized charge. It will eventually age out. Paizo can put a reversal request through to help speed up that process.

Double check the address you entered for the card exactly matches the address your bank has on file.

Hawkmoon269 has the correct information. It appears that the billing address entered on Paizo.com does not exactly match what your bank has on file for the card, so the order would not go through. I have issued authorization reversal requests for all of the pending authorizations on your account.

I have changed my bank account info to match this account and tried to order again, i cant tell if its working or not. My bank has a ton of processing transactions.
