I am having issues with my payment processing and also attempted charges from Paizo for more than I need to pay. The first and second decline were for $3.80 and the last was for $53.80. I have credit applied of $50 and would like to just get this order processed.

It shouldn't be trying to authorize for the full amount given the applied store credit. We can take a look at why it is doing this. We need to charge the remaining $3.80 to your payment method which was being declined due to failing the Address Verification System check.

This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the billing address entered for the card on Paizo.com and the billing address your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all of the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again.

You may be seeing a pending transaction. They are authorizations or holds, which occur each time our card processor is asked to contact your bank to check if the card is good. When this happens, many banks choose to put a hold on the funds for the expected charge. However, because your card was declined, we cannot finalize these charges. I have put in an authorization reversal request to reverse this declined authorization.

Please let me know if you require any assistance updating the billing address. Once you have done so we can finalize the order using the store credit and the payment method for the small overflow. Thank you!


Good evening. The charge for $53.80 went through. I need Paizo needs to refund my account $50.00. When an I expect that to happen. I hope immediately.
