This list the pages (that I was able to find) where each of the same weapon are listed differently:
Battleaxe:
25, 290, 351, 356
Battle axe:
144, 180
Perhaps use one of these exclusively? For reference, the Wikipedia lists it as 2 words...

That's a good point. Now that the rules are searchable it's important to use the same format.
