Phishing attempt. Possible security issue

I had a message from someone claiming to be 'Emeline Mattis', email address [e-mail].

Quoted my Paizo password, and claims to have filmed me through my webcam (which I don't have).

I've changed my Paizo password, and blocked the sender, but I thought you needed to be aware someone is claiming to have hacked the site.

Not an official Paizo representative here, but can provide you some information.

Here's a page about the scam that's just been attempted on you.

If you've ever used that particular password elsewhere (particularly in conjunction with the email where you received the message), that's likely where they got it. If you have never used that password elsewhere, and the email address is the one associated with your account on paizo.com, this could be cause for alarm.
