GM Stars Incorrect

(I had asked this through CS, but was referred to my VC, who cannot access the system in question)

I have over 150 tables reported in the system as a GM, but I took a hiatus for a couple of years. I recently returned, and the website is showing I am a 1-star GM. Is this a common problem? I tried the "Reset Points" button and that did not appear to affect anything.

I can see 154 GM credits, so the single star does seem strange.

I'll send a message to the DEVs and hopefully, they'll have time to look into it someday.

If in the meantime, you need proof of your 4 stars, I'll be happy to vouch for you.

Something similar happened to me. It corrected the next time a GM session was reported for me. If you’ve just returned, you may not have plans to GM soon. You could try reporting a session and then deleting it, maybe?

Oh, I hope it's something that has an easy fix like that.

My stars haven't shown right ever since the website went glitchy in August/Spetember, despite me trying to refresh it a few times. Not the end of the world, I know what my scenario count is :)
