Hi lovely customer service folks! I tried to place an order using the discount code provided after the downtime earlier this year (link), but when I put the order through the discount doesn't seem to have been applied...any idea why that might be? It was recognized on the page asking about discount codes.
The order in question is 7435219.

Thanks for letting us know about this! After doing some digging around, it seems that our system did not want to properly attach the discount to this order because it had already previously been attached to an item that you'd moved to your Save for Later section. I had to do some poking around, so you will likely not see that item in your Saved for Later anymore (it was the Ruby Phoenix Tournament), but I was able to fix the order for you.
I've refunded the discount of $5.04 back to your original payment method, and you should see those funds return in 1-5 business days.
