Dear Sirs and Madams from Customer Service,

the two new Pathfinder Society Scenarios (10-04 and 10-05) from my PFS Scenario Subscription have not been added to my Downloads yet. Would it be possible to give me access to these scenarios this week?

The same thing happened with the first three scenarios of season 10. (Meaning I had to contact Customer Service to get access.) Is there maybe a problem with my subscription? Or is there always a delay for downloads with subscriptions?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I have moved your two scenarios into a new order (#7506952), and made sure that it was fulfilled. You should have received a confirmation email for that as well.

I'm not exactly sure why these scenarios wanted to go into an old order, but it's something that we're having our tech team keep an eye on. If something similar to this happens next month, please let us know so we can take a look ASAP.
