Bonjour,

I'm subscribed to 6 different lines of Paizo products, but haven't actually received anything since April. Today I received an email announcing the shipment of (amongst other things) Return of the Runelords 3 of 6 and Starfinder AP#9, while the last order I received, from April, was War for the Crown 3 of 6 and Starfinder AP #5.

At first I assumed the delivery hiatus was caused by the hubub around the upcoming Playtest release and Gencon. But After checking on my downloads page I see that PF AP 130-134 and SF AP 6-8 aren't even listed.

I'm not sure what other products I may have missed receiving in the interim.

I'm happy to deal with this problem via email with Virginia, but I thought I'd post here in case any other Paizo customers have had unexpected interruptions in their subscription services.

Please note that this is not a complaint about Paizo as such: Paizo products are always of the highest quality, and I'm happy to get my hands on them, over here in France. But something strange is going on with the subscription service, and I can't believe I'm the only customer affected.

Hello Wheldrake,

It's hard for me to diagnose what may have happened with these subscriptions. It appears that one early on shipment got delayed or held up due to some fault in the shipping or other information. After that, the items continued to pile up because the first order encountering the problem held up the items which should have come after it.

This means that hopefully getting all the items that should be released to you will reset the subscription to a more normal state.

If anyone else is experiencing this phenomena, they should absolutely let us know. We know that there have been some more minor difficulties with subscriptions as of late, but something holding up subscriptions since GenCon is certainly something we want to address as soon as possible.

That said, it appears that Virginia has you sorted and is just waiting on your confirmation email that the order she had created to resolve the situation looks good before she gets it shipped out. Please follow up with her and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
