R.U.I.N. What does it mean?

I am making a scary SRO character named R.U.I.N. He is meant to be a destructive computer virus made animate, perhaps an assassin or hacker/murderer, or perhaps both? Think of the cyborg machines from the 1999 American science fiction horror film, Virus.

However, I want the acronym to stand for something. I just can't seem to think of anything that fits though. Any suggestions?

I know i added an "s" to r.u.i.n to make r.u.i.n.s. and you can take the "ly" from ravishingly to make ravishing and at it to resourseful to make resourcefully.
