So me and my group highly dislike both , headbands that Bost mental stat and the same with belts. So , we decided to insert this bonuses by level instead of by items.
Here is the progression.

The only condition that we made was that you can't put two consecutive bonus ( say lvl 2 +1 and lvl 4 +2 ), to the same stat
Max stat +10 from original
Min stat +2 from original
Important facts:
-We use this sistem in both a roll stat array(2d6+6) and in a 20 point buy
-Both groups take place in a highly magical word but at the same time we are 2 to 4 lvls behind expected wealth (including magic items)
-Important NPC'S also use this sistem
-This bonus are untyped
What are your opinions on it? Should I make any changes?

The maximum bonus for enhancement is +6 to a stat from items. The enhancement bonus can be spread over multiple stats but the cost is prohibitive.
The only other common way to add stats is to get an inherent bonus from Wishes, and you need to stack them up in one casting session so that is an outlay of 25k per +1 to a maximum bonus of +5.
Stat improvement by level advancement is a grand total of 5 points spread over 20 levels. Normally most characters get an enhancement bonus + level advancement and adding other bonuses to stats is unusual, somewhere in the 6+ level advancement range for most 'high' level characters that aren't throwing around 9th level spells.
Under your system you increase the amount of stats given out to 14 and +2 to all stats over 20 levels. Averaged out this is pumping 2 stats into the same range. Except you can cast enhancement spells to improve stats which isn't possible for characters using belts and headbands. You'll mostly get +4 to a stat, but its cheap and works for hours.
Is this a problem? I don't care. It isn't my game but I think its something the GM needs to be aware of.
