Order advice:
↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

Hey there, everybody!

We've been poking around this morning to make sure all of the products seem ready to go, and they do seem to be in good shape. However, our tech team is planning a code roll for tomorrow, so we're going to be holding off order generation until they're all finished with that. This way, we can minimize the chances of our system getting confused by all the new changes when it's trying to create orders.

Once we've got the OK from the tech team tomorrow, we'll be keeping this thread updated to let you know when we're starting things.

Alrighty folks, the tech team has given us the go ahead to start prodding things, so i'm going to be double-checking some things before we dip our toes in the water. I'll give you an update when we dive right in!

Ok, the test batches we did seemed to work out just fine, so I am going to let this beast loose!

Please let us know in this thread if anything in your confirmation email seems incorrect, or if you have any questions about your subscription order.

I got the order confirmation email and noticed that the shipping address was still showing as my old address. I'd changed my account's delivery address a few hours earlier and didn't realise there was a separate subscription address too. I've changed it now, but just want to double check that this subscription shipment will go to the changed address.

December SF and PF adventure paths subscriptions are nowhere to be found.
Module subscription looks like is delayed for january even though is due to come out this month as shown in the OP? Not sure why it is in sidecart when AP subscriptions never show up there.

With all the website updates, theres got to be a way to see exactly what is due to be shipped, really shouldn't be this much of a mystery every month.

Go to My Account > Account Settings and sign in. Then click View on My Subscriptions on the right side of the page. This will show you what subscription items are set to ship in upcoming months.

I did get a confirmation e-mail, and Cradle of Night was included. If the confirmation process didn't complete properly yet (sometimes it stalls out overnight with no one to restart it) or if your shipment was skipped for some reason, that will cause items due to be shipped this month to look like they're going to slip to next month. When your order gets processed (either automatically or manually by Customer Service), the display problem will be fixed.

Hey there folks!

We let the report run overnight, and it looks like it did end up crashing around 9pm. Luckily, it should be a relatively small chunk of people who have not yet received their confirmation emails. We're running the rest of the report now and keeping an eye on it, so even if it does crash again we should still be able to finish up today. I'll pop back in to let folks know when it's finished, and in the meantime try to take a peek at folks above who have reported issues that need to be fixed.

What Joana said is correct - all of the products that are shipping out this month are listed in the original post. Sometimes the My Subscriptions page gets a bit confused when we're in the middle of generating orders, and since the report crashed last night we have not yet finished the process. Once it's all done, that page should go back to normal.

Taking a look at your account, it looks like your order hasn't been generated quite yet, but the report should be getting to you soon. Once it does, you'll receive your email. Just let me know if there are any other concerns I can help out with in the meantime. Thanks!

Hey everybody,

Feros reminded me that I forgot to post an update saying that the order generation process is complete! Everybody who has subscriptions orders should have had their order generated and received a confirmation email over the past two days. If you have not received a confirmation email, check in your Order History to see if perhaps your order generated but you just did not receive an email.

If anybody still has not had their order generated or has any questions or concerns about their orders, please let us know in this thread.

We will be out of office Thursday (11/22) and Friday (11/23), as well as our normal weekend. Our priority on Monday morning will be to take care of any cancellations or order problems first thing so that we can give our warehouse the thumbs-up to start shipping.

I hope everyone who celebrates has a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that everybody has a great weekend!

I noticed that the four Starfinder Miniatures Prepainted Packs from Ninja Division (in stock since november) are not listed.
Is that an oversight?

I got my minis this month, in the November subscription shipment.

Hello Marco,

This is not an oversight as the Starfinder Miniatures from Ninja Devision are not a subscription item, although they were a pre-order that many people had in their sidecarts, meaning that they will ship with subscription items now that they are available and if thats where that individual had them pending.

The miniatures came in stock just after we authorized last month's subscriptions. That means that there may be some who are seeing these miniatures appear with their December items, true. However, there were also many people who were able to get their miniatures added to their November subscription before it shipped. These miniatures have been fulfilling since that time. This is all dependent on their status in an independent order, or if they were in the sidecart to go with either subscription order.

FYI, our warehouse has started shipping subscription orders, so confirmation emails should be trickling into inboxes and hopefully making people very happy. :D


Just curious if you'll be shipping January orders at some point this month.

I don't need exact dates, just wanted to plan ahead for Christmas and all. :-)

January Subscriptions get back onto the "normal schedule" with release dates on the last Wednesday of the month and the order creation about three weeks before that. We won't be creating January orders until January 10th, so hopefully plenty of time to recover from the holidays :)

Although I'm torn because I can't wait for part three of Signal of Screams, my wallet is grateful. :-)
