Does the Thieve's Guild Membership Vanity's bonus for stealing with Sleight of Hand applies to Day Job checks?.
This appears in the Pathfinder Society Field Guide.
Since you're joining a Thieve's Guild, I'm assuming you're stealing as a Day Job.
My PFS GM claims that since this is a circumstance bonus and not an untyped bonus, it does not apply to Day Job checks.
• Equipment
• Feats
• Racial bonuses
• Class features
• Traits
• Familiar bonuses
• Crafter’s fortune spell
Thanks in advance!

In order to benefit your Day Job check, a bonus must apply to all uses of the skill or specifically to earning a living. No, you are not considered to be stealing items without being noticed as your Day Job.
A circumstance bonus is also not on the list you quoted. I would say it's by definition temporary.

I don't think it applies, but for the reason Starglim says. In order to apply, it needs to apply to all uses of the skill. That bonus only applies to stealing, so it doesn't apply to the Day Job roll.
A circumstance bonus certainly would apply, if it applied to all uses of the skill. So it's not because it's a circumstance bonus, but it still doesn't count.

Just to help me understand this more clearly
If it helps, consider the fact that Sleight of Hand can be used for more than just stealing items without being noticed, which means if you're using it for your Day Job, said job involves more than just stealing items. Since there's no way of determining how much of your job is picking pockets and how much is other feats of legerdemain (maybe you performed an impromptu stage magician show for fun/profit/to distract people from the heist going on twelve feet in the other direction), you don't get to use the bonus.
