Seems worse than the goblin very sneaky, and halflings PF1 lore has them supposedly great at stealth. Also, does it provide cover to Hide or Sneak from the creature providing the cover? Or only from other creatures? Seems especially hard to hide from something hiding in its own shadow. How close do you need to be to a creature larger than you? Adjacent?
