Liberty's Edge RPG Superstar 2008 Top 32, 2011 Top 16

when you get the automatic check within 10 feet, why no -2 penalty like stonecunning does? Shouldn’t the rules for the - "Perception check within 10 feet but not actively Seeking" be the same for all versions of the rule?
