Hand's detachment, third eye and gloves

Hello,
I have a question about the hand's detachment feat that permit a hand to detach from the body of a character.

What do modify on the third eye magic item in 3.5 to use in the actual pathfinder system ?

The magic item permit to graft an eye in the palm of a hand.

Does the Hand's Sight feat permit to see through of the hand ?

Is it possible to add the properties of gloves of feastingon a glove of familiar's touch ?

Is a spirit animal a valid familiar for the hand ?

Can the archetype (for familiar) apply on a spirit animal ?

Can a character use the (greater) possession spell on the hand ?

Are there other items that can function on a hand ?
Ring, bracers, item on a wrist ?
What are the items interesting for the hand ?

There are no fixed rules for importing 3.5 material into PF. You could use it as is though.

No. Which is a bit odd, really.

I'm not sure if a severed hand still has a wrist. You could embed an Ioun stone in the hand. Or, if the hand can take feats, the Extra Item Slot feat would increase your options.

Up to the GM to allow, but I would not modify anything.

Yes, provided it has the abilities to give up that the archetype gives up. However, you must select your possessed hand as your familiar. The default acts like a familiar but is not one, so cannot get archetypes.
