I'm logged in on the site, so my username and password still seem to be valid. But when I try to get to my Digital Content, it doesn't accept my username and password. From that same screen (i.e. to enter my username/password to get to my downloads), I also tried asking for my Password to see if I could reset it, and got an error message that "something went wrong" and it couldn't assist me. I tried ALL this on two separate computers, both yesterday evening and several times this morning (including just before typing this).
Then, a few minutes ago, I took an extra step, and tried accessing My Order History; that screen accepted my username and password just fine - so it appears to be an issue with the My Digital Content screen, not with my personal credentials.
From there, I clicked "Digital Content" again and, apparently because I'd just successfully logged in, it actually went through to Digital Content.
(And then when I tried to post this, I got a "something went wrong" message again. Retrying...)
So I'm raising this as an FYI so you can look into the technical glitch, I don't need further assistance at this time.
