Thank you Sharaya for 4.5 Years of Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service will be closed today from 1pm-3pm as we celebrate Sharaya’s 4.5 years of excellent customer service and to wish her well as she departs Paizo for a new chapter in her career.

Sharaya has been a delight to work with and I will sorely miss having her on the CS team at Paizo. However, I'm excited to see what new adventures she gets up to because I know she'll be doing great things.

It has been absolutely wonderful getting to work with you. You are so knowledgeable, proactive, and helpful. I don't know that I would have been able to catch on to our software if I hadn't had you to ask questions and guide me. I know even now, so many years later I still rely a lot on your knowledge and know how. I've always thought of you as Sara's second in command, and it's kind of scary thinking about going forward without you.

For all these years you have made our office brighter. I am really going to miss seeing you every day. I'm really going to miss hearing your humor every day. I'm really going to miss YOU. I'm glad you're moving forward to grab the things you want, and I'm certain you're going to have tremendous success in those things!
