Phantasmal Reminder (fort for partial?)

Rules Questions

Phantasmal Reminder from Magic Tactics Toolbox says "Saving Throw: Will disbelief, then Fortitude partial; see text;" but then the text doesn't say anything about what the 'partial' would be... Is the "partial" wrong or is something missing from the spell description?

The target first can attempt a Will save to recognize the attack as unreal. The will save negates fully.

If it fails that saving throw, the target must succeed at a Fortitude save or take an amount of damage equal to 1d6 × your caster level (maximum 10d6). The fort save also seems to negate fully.... I've got nothing looks like its a typo or something along those lines.

My Gm ruled it takes half dmg if it makes the fort save since it totally amgious about partial.
