Problem with viewing Forums

When I pull up the forum page, the number of posts for each thread is miss aligned so that they all bunch up near the top of the subforum section. I took a screen cap and I can email it to you.

I am using Firefox on a Windows 7 machine. I have the same problem with Internet explorer and Crome

I've noticed that sometimes (not always) the entire page doesn't seem to display properly.

Its like it gets half way through displaying the posts, then stops formatting them, so the last few are not aligned with anything.

Refreshing usually fixes it.

The fonts are 'off' somehow, and when I try to change a character avatar, there's no way to get past the first page, as there's no indication of other pages to click.

Using Firefox ESR 52.9.0(64 bit) on Windows 7.1 Home Premium
