I've spent the day making the playtest character sheet form-fillable. GMs who are interested in this for your players, you can download at this Google drive link. Please comment if you find any bugs on the sheet, I was a bit tired towards the end of it.

Form-fillable Sheet

Sovereign Court

Thank you so much!

Thanks a bundle. My only complaint is that the Lore form-fill seems to do both boxes instead of just the one, and could be a bit bigger.

Also, all Lore skills are Signature Skills (p151), I don't know why they even have the sig skill checkbox but they do, so may as well put permanent checks in them.

Thanks for the catch! I've updated with a fixed sheet:

Bad timing, I found another one sorry! xP Proficiencies are -2, +0, +1, +2, +3 (p8/9)

Specifically, your proficiency modifier is equal to your level -2, level +0, level +1, level +2, level +3, not just -2, 0, etc. I just checked all of the proficiency radios and they seem to be displaying that correctly. Was there one that was showing incorrectly?

Rulebook pg 8-9 wrote:
You’re untrained if you have little or no knowledge in the statistic or item. Your proficiency modifier is equal to your level minus 2. Unless your class or another choice you’ve made gives you a different rank of proficiency, you’re untrained. If you’ve been trained in the statistic or item, your proficiency modifier is equal to your level. As an expert, you are highly trained in the statistic or item. Your proficiency modifier is equal to your level plus 1. At a master rank, you’ve achieved world-class proficiency in the statistic or item. Your proficiency modifier is equal to your character level plus 2. If you’re legendary, your statistic or familiarity with the item is so high that you’ll go down in history. Your proficiency modifier is equal to [b]your level plus 3[/b.

That said I did notice that the TAC was not correctly defaulting the proficiency to Untrained, and fixed that, the second link has been updated, or click here.

Now I feel like a moron. x.x I didn't realize the prof boxes already factored in your level, so I was merely reading the sheet wrong. Nevertheless I'm happy I somehow accidentally helped find a bug.

Thanks!

The last Cantrip slot has a duplication issue with 2 other slots. I can't say thanks enough times for your being the first one to set this up. I play my PF exclusively online so stuff like this is a lifesaver.

Another good catch! Looks like the action of the last two cantrip slots were also duping. Fixed up both and updated the download links.

It's no problem, I also play almost entirely online so figured I'd get this out since I was making it for my play group. Thanks for testing it so thoroughly!

Haha no problem. It's not so much testing as it is "for the first character I'm making, I'm making the one I see the most issues with" = a half-elf druid. Last 2 issues I think: the font for the Action and Reaction sections (and their traits) is a bit large and it gets cut off at the top. Also, is my (T)AC not adding the flat 10 from "innate" stats?

Finally, QoL stuff that you don't really need to do: It'd be nice if the action boxes for spells let you put in letters so you could list "V S" or "V M"; or just "V" for Shield cantrip for example. Also would be nice if you could change the key spellcasting and spell point pool abilities independently; multiclassing can change it if you say, play a monk with a wizard multiclass (int based spells, wis *or* int based pool). Muscle wizard is on my "to play" list for later.

All great catches and suggestions. I've fixed the AC/TAC issue and fixed the action font size to match the other text boxes.

For the QoL stuff, I've found Paizo's sheet woefully unprepared for multi-classing in general, but I did add the ability to change your spell point key ability using a drop down in the spell point section. For spell actions, I like the cleanliness of the diamond and how it echoes the Pathfinder Action cost symbol, and it's way easier for players than having to type a letter in every box, so instead of making it a text field I've added column headers M S V, the same order Paizo lists spell components in their spells. Let me know if that's good enough.

Thanks for the feedback! Links are updated with newest version of the form.

Cool cool, I like it! Can't say thanks enough times. :) Re: the headers - An even better and more efficient solution than I would have ever thought of, thanks!

One thing I noticed is that Class DC doesn't add the base 10, so it's just 5 for me currently (dex + prof) instead of 15. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

One of my party mates also found that one this morning, I've since uploaded a fixed copy, I appreciate you letting me know, thank you!

So far so good. Thank You. Makes it a lot easier to help the wife and kids make their Characters.

Appreciate the effort, but why didn't you rotate it into landscape first before doing all that work? :o

If it helps for a subsequent revision, I performed the rotation of the original sheet in Acrobat Pro and removed the parchment background to save ink & toner:

Thanks for the amazing work Jesse! I'll try it out soon.

I just rotated it while I worked, but never saved it as rotated (and likewise, I rotate while I use it). Removing the background is great for folks who print!

Wow thanks a lot, much appreciated

Nice form, but now doesn't work with the redefinition of untrained skills.

This will be a silly question but is this just download and print or should I be able to write it on my PC? I download the doc and it wont let me write on it?

Cheers and sorry haha
