What skill should I pick?

Silver Crusade

I am attempting to bring my current character, an Elf rogue follower of Calistria, into 2E rules. As part of his background, he was raised in the House of the Silken Veil after his mother was killed. A part of him growing up in the House was learning the trade plied there and worked as a member of the temple staff.

When I create characters, I like to have at least part of their skills match up with their background even if they aren't likely to ever have a situation where that skill will come into use. In 1E, this was easy to solve in how to represent his profession since it's a skill and all you have to do is Profession: (I'm not going to post the job title for child friendliness reasons). In 2E, it isn't that straight forward. We no longer have the Profession skill with it instead being given to Craft, Lore, and I am going to assume Performance for the fine arts.

With all that being said, should I pick Lore: Church of Calistria or Performance: (Appropriate title here)?

I could ask the person who will GM if I play this character, but I also GM sometimes and would like to know which one other GMs think is best or even get a more official ruling as to what skill is more geared towards this particular line of employment.

I would probably go with the Acolyte background. Calistria Lore could then be used for your money making work.
