Yesterday I purchased the Jungle of Despair Hydra mini figure from my local game store (Game Universe in Franklin, WI). When I opened the package, one of the single heads was missing. I believe it is one of the L-shaped single heads.
I am hoping you are able to ship me this piece based on my shipping address in my user profile. If you need any additional information, please let me know.

I've now had another issue with this mini - one of the double-heads with L-shaped peg, the peg broke off. I was able to remove the peg from the mini's body, but will also need a double-head with L-shaped peg sent along with the missing single head.

Hello Michael,
Unfortunately we are not able replace the miniature for you. Your best option is to return the miniature to the store from which is was purchased to receive a replacement or other compensation.
The Hydra miniature is not a Paizo product, it is a WizKids product. We are able to help with orders containing this product placed on our site, but you will need to contact WizKids if the retailer which sold you the damaged miniature will not replace it.
