Trying to change credit card

Hello,

I got a second credit card and wanted to use it for my account. I went to change my subscription payment info. I believe I entered everything correctly but at the end it said my new card was declined, yet the payment page reflected the change to using the new card. I re-entered everything again and got the same result: the card was declined but is now the active card for my subscriptions.

Can you help me figure this out? I have the PACG subscription payment coming up soon. The old card is still valid if it needs to be used.

The card that is on the order authorized successfully. I don't see any previous attempts to authorize it so it doesn't look like it was previously declined. I just tried to authorize it and it authorized successfully.


Weird. I wonder why it said "declined" both times. Thank you for looking into it for me!
