Are they all asleep currently? If so where? I was thinking one might be trapped under a pyramid in Osirion and keeps taking crush damage every round so it never wakes up.

Most of this was covered (way back) in Legacy of Fire. Specifically in the Spawn of Rovagug chapter (The Final Wish). To summarize:
Festering Ulunat, the Unholy First - slain in Osirion, its carapace is part of the skyline of Sothis.
Great Doom Chemnosit, the Monarch Worm - still thought to be active below Golarion's surface.
The Tarrasque, the Armageddon Engine - stopped after destroying Ninshabur (conflicting stories by whom) and hidden; dead or alive is uncertain.
Unyielding Kothogaz, the Dance of Disharmony - defeated by Vudra's Impossible Kingdoms, who cut its heart into 101 pieces and keeps them separated to prevent its resurrection.
Wrath-Blazing Xotani, the Firebleeder - defeated by the Legion of Wands in Katapesh, its still burning heart lies under the Pale Mountain.
Volnagur the End-Singer - defeated on multiple occasions, but has returned; unknown if it's dead, imprisoned, or just somewhere else.
