“Loose Body Parts” Sally.

Advice

So I’m building a character to have all kinds of body parts removed through magical means.

Mesmerist Eyebiter lets her take an eye out as a familiar.

Hand’s Detachment (has two prerequisite feats) let’s her take her hand off as a pseudo familiar.

There is an occult ritual that let’s you make your eye into a Hag Eye Ooze, but it requires a level in Witch or being a Hag. Either or works, as I’m not planning on playing this character, but using them as a weird enemy.

Aberrant Tumor (using Eldritch Heritage, thus two feats prerequisites in this instance) gets a Tumor familiar that can be detached.

Anything else that can be added?

You could re-flavor the Vomit Twin spell to be a pile of organs. Or one big organ. Or really, anything from Sally’s insides.

There's also Skinsend while you're considering Witch options.

Vomit Twin is a good idea. Thank you. As far as I can see, Mesmerists can’t take that spell, but lucky for me, I’m the GM, so I can do the researching a spell rules to add it.

EDIT: Skinsend looks interesting. Maybe I should do more witch themed, and not worry about making the Eyeball familiar stronger.

You can take the Hand's Detachment feat twice. Or four times, if you're an Alchemist with two Vestigial Arm discoveries.
But you might be running out of feats by then.

Don’t think that’s raw, but what the heck, I’ll take it.

When I searched Skinsend, I discovered Earsend, and googling it, I discovered an older Paizo topic: Going to Pieces, so I’m now up to date on those things, but if they missed anything, please let me know.

Yeah, I didn't check spell lists, my bad.

And I'm still not checking.

If you've got some kind of gaseous form analogue, I bet the table would really enjoy whatever core component of your body that stays 'you' turning into a cloud, while your various composite parts fall off you and start scrambling around on their own.

Don't forget the Decollate spell...

Lets them detach their head, with the body remaining ambulatory.

So it could be a headless and handless body, running around accompanied by an eye familiar, an eye ooze, two flying ears, two hand familiars, and a tumor. Plus it sometimes peels its skin off too.

(Well, we'd have to bend the rules a bit to make all that work together, but it would certainly make for an interesting NPC or BBEG.)

You could be a Dullhan(sp) but more in the vein of that cute headless girl from the anime Durada. Still adorable sans head.

The Constructed Pugilist is a brawler archetype all about robot prosthetics. Might work as a bodyguard for this character?

Also there are monsters like the penanggolan and manananggal (spelling?), Southeast Asian vampires that are all about this kind of thing.
