Android users like myself are having the page not expand properly and so we can't see the page tabs on some pages(3917,3920) and can't read what's on the right most part of the page.

I've seen it too. I believe it was 3919 for me. I do know that it's not everyone on Android having the same issue at the same time though. Freehold reported the issue around 3917, I looked on my phone (Pixel XL) at the time, and it was fine, so it's something sporadic. Which is obviously the best kind of technical issue to troubleshoot, since you have no idea if a fix worked or if the problem just hasn't presented itself yet again.
