I'm having some problems with this order (Order 5140118).

I had originally selected for it to be picked up at Paizocon 2018. However, when I tried to pick it up, I was told there was no order waiting for me other than a single issue of the pathfinder comic, which wasn't even there at the store. I didn't think anything of it at the time, I figured the order would just ship out to me.

Now when I look at the order it tells me it was picked up and that I was charged for it (I confirmed on my bank statement).

I never received the order by shipment. I never picked it up. And strangely, there are no PDFs on my account for these items either due to the subscription.

Could you look into this please?

In addition, I haven't seen any spawning for my June subscription as of yet.

Though I do still have a question about my ongoing subscription orders.

On the "My Subscriptions" page, I'm seeing this:

I'm a little concerned about the phrase "There are no upcoming products for this subscription on the product schedule." considering the number of subscriptions I have.

Could you look into this?
