This is Ekeli.
Here's Hargo, professional trapper.

There's a very basic outline of his backstory for you to look over, will fluff it out over the next couple days and beyond. Let me know if anything needs to be changed.
I haven't quite worked out his personality or physical description.
He'll probably be a bit gruff but not particularly rude or anything. He enjoys battle, and sees traps as merely tools to make a living with.
(I'll probably use them primarily for defense until I can shoot them with a bow. He'll have epiphany, "What if I shoot a trap from a bow?")
With that strength he's going to have some pretty large muscles.
He'll also be a bit dirty and has some furs (that he probably won't be wearing at the start due to the heat.)

I should have my character done by the end of the day tomorrow, I'm on vacay with the family and we're going camping

Male Human Driver 1

I have a question about my favored enemy. Are there enough animals to justify taking animal as a first enemy? It would seem to fit his backstory rather well, being a trapper. If not human sort of fits as a Gorumite, he would have an advantage in fighting humans, and undoubtably he and his family would have fought there fair share. It does say in the player's handbook we,ll be fighting animals, fey and humans, but usually unless you're fighting off an army of bears then you won't get too much mileage out of animal as an enemy. I like to balance the backstory of my characters with their usefulness. Or is leaking that sort of spoilery info not something you do?

Animals, Giants, Fey, Magic Beasts, Humans, outsiders.

I will give GM Deekan til midnight PST/PDT to sumbit his character. We will get started tomorrow moring.

For now, what would you like your marching order to be in a straight line. Consider GM Deekan submits a Paladin.

Male Half Elf(Kindred raised) Oracle(Ancient Lorekeeper) HP 19/19 | AC 16 tch 2 FF 14 | CMD 13/FF 11 | F 3 R 2 W 4(5 vs charm/compulsion)

Well, it looks like we've got at least a couple dedicated melee characters, so, I'll likely be third or fourth in line.

Male Human (Kellid/Numerian) Ranger (Trapper) 1 [HP: 12/12 ][AC:17 T:12 F:15][CMB +5, CMD 17][Fort +4, Ref +4, Will +1][Init:+2, Percep: +5]

Well if Deekan doesn't show up, I can take point.

Male Human (Ulfen/Taldan) Skald 2: [HP: -5/17] [AC:16 T:12 F:14][CMB +4, CMD 15 ] [ Fort +5, Ref +2, Will +3] [Init:+6, Percep:+4] [Rage: 7/7]
Active Effects:
Deafened

My suggestion would be: Paladin, Hargo, Kovacs, Baguette, Ragnar.

It takes Ragnar a standard action to inspire rage, so he can protect the back from ambush.

@Creed Baguette - Your skills are not set up. Could you get the rest of your character sheet set up with all necessary info. If you need example, check the other player characters to see what they did.

I'm on the road today, will hopefully try to have it up later tonight

Since we have not heard from GM Deekan, we are starting without him. He will have 3 days to submit his character. If he doesn't we will consider a replacement if necessary.

Also, can I get more input on your marching order? If I can't get one, I'll have to set up one myself.

Male Half Elf(Kindred raised) Oracle(Ancient Lorekeeper) HP 19/19 | AC 16 tch 2 FF 14 | CMD 13/FF 11 | F 3 R 2 W 4(5 vs charm/compulsion)

Ragnar's suggestion of Paladin(?), Hargo, Kovacs, Baguette, Ragnar sounds good to me.

Welcome to Reign of Winter.

I will be rolling your Perceptions (including trap finding) and stealth (if applicable) before combat. I will also roll your Initiatives, Saves when on my turn (you’ll roll any that happen on your own turn), Knowledges, and Spellcraft for battle situations. Of course you can roll these whenever you want. During conversations with NPCs I will roll your sense motives but only when needed. Of course you can roll Sense Motive whenever you want as well. When interacting with a new area with a population, provided there is not a language barrier, I will roll gather information so you can have more info to work with. I will also appraise things for you when presenting items with a value.

Please keep your character sheets up to date.

I will be having us play on google draw. Each map will have a series of numbers on them representing points of interest or roads/crossroads. When you are introduced to an area I will put up spoilers for ones you can easily interact with. Chose a number on the map you’d like to inspect and view the spoiler, then interact with a post. If you want more information about a location, you’ll have to go to it and interact with search, smell, or whatever it is you do.

I will always assume you’re in the marching order when arriving to maps and moving as group. In combat if you want to move your character just say how and where to with whatever description is easiest for you to express and I’ll move the token there when I notice you took your turn. Please remember, if you’re in snow your movement is reduced by half (unless you have tools/magic to improve this).

Last but not least. Not all NPC rolls for skills and other things will not be rolled in the open. If the NPC is invisible or you can’t see them due to other reasons, their roll also will not be in the open. I the GM reserve the right to hide certain rolls from the players.

Any questions just let me know and we will figure it out together.

And so it begins….
