Subscription Order Split in Two, plus CC problems?

Hey team,

It looks like my May subscription order was split in two -- one package for the new Starfinder Pawns and one for everything else. The Pawns have already arrived, but the rest of the order is still pending. Should I be worried about the rest of the order?

Also, when my Society subscriptions tried to process today, I got an email that the card on my account couldn't be charged (which is super weird -- there's no authorized transaction pending, and no notice from my bank). I added a new payment method anyway, but there are still two pending orders on the old card that looks like they might need to be switched over.

My order #4899603 split in the same way, with the same results (though no Society subscriptions charging on mine). I’m wondering if the second half (flip-mat) just needs to be fulfilled by a separate team/location (which is a bummer as it looks like it’s a lot more shopping to come as two, unless that may is just enough ounces to push a single package into a much higher shipping rate) and they’re swamped with all those “regular” shipments and the Con, or if something in that second half-order has gotten “stuck.”

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like our system was having some issues and basically brought your subscription order back into the sidecart. I've given it a stern talking to, and moved the unfulfilled items out into a new order. I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email for that order in just a moment. Then our warehouse should send you a confirmation email once the order has been processed for shipment.

Sorry about the confusion with this! I believe I fixed the issue with the society scenarios yesterday, so you should be all set. Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

Hi lonejedi,

It looks like your order wasn't having the same issue, the second shipment just hadn't quite been generated yet. That happens sometimes when items are shipped in multiple packages. Since it looks like things had been a bit miscalculated, I marked shipping for the second package as free. You should be receiving a shipment confirmation email for that any time now.
