I have a player interested in the Magical Child archetype but I don't (and won't) own Unchained.
So, in a perfect world, what would you make the spell list for the archetype in question.
As this has no bearing whatsoever on PFS there is no wrong answer, so be excellent to each other. :-)

Why not just grab the list off of internet ?
It's even available on this very site (and there are others for completeness' sake) and none of the spells themselves are in Unchained to begin with.

If there's any reason that doesn't suit you, the closest thing is the regular summoner's list. It's a support/utility/control oriented list, very much similar if a tad stronger than its unchained update.
If that's not what you want, choose one of the others classes (or make your own) based on what you want it do ?
The Magical Child archetype is generally considered weak, so giving it the slightly stronger original summoner list shouldn't be a problem.
However, it is my understanding that either the bard or magus lists would more closely fit with the concept of the Magical Girl as typically presented in anime.
Honestly I think it would be fine to let the player pick one of the three (again, not a super strong archetype to begin with).
