Problems with ordering and cart

Hi there,

I am experiencing two problems-

1) I was selecting minis from the Pathfinder Battles Singles and when I got up to 30 (or 32, I forget) items in my cart I kept getting a message to say I had reached maximum capacity and to contact you guys. I just want to be able to put more than 32 items in my cart- every time I tried to I just got the message above (or some version) with no item added to cart.

2) I also wanted to buy some Pathfinder Battles Crown of Fangs Boosters- I noted that Bricks and Cases were not for sale and so decided to put 32 Boosters in my cart- it allowed this. Is that right- because the items are not wrapped in cellophane the only way to buy them is singularly, and not at the slightly reduced prices available for other Bricks or Cases. I'd like to buy a Case if I could, but only if I can get the case discount- or something close.

Hello Goonalan,

The cart caps out around 30 items because if you add much more than that the website will time out while trying to process the order. If you need to add more items move some of the items to your Saved for Later section until everything you want is either in your cart or in the Saved for Later section. Then let us know and we can merge them into one order and submit it from our end.

The miniatures are not one of our products, they are a licensed item made by WizKids. We receive them the same way any other retailer does. In cases. For boosters or bricks we open up cases. Once we don't have any more unopened cases the cases will no longer be available to purchase. Likewise we can break down bricks into boosters if we need to, but once we have no more unopened bricks they will no longer be available on the website.

Follow up-

1) My cart is loaded, and the rest of the items I have picked out are in my Saved Items to buy later. Here's the issue- how much for the postage to the UK?

The problem is when I know how much the postage is then I can decide whether I want to buy some more minis- but every time I add a few more minis to my order I have to contact you guys to see how much the postage is- I guess.

Is there really no other way to order more than 31 items at a time? Seems very odd because you sell literally thousands of products including lots of single minis. Just saying...

2) I was going to order some Crown of Fangs Boosters, as per my original enquiry- but now they are gone, no longer in stock. I take it they were never there, or... are their some left?
