I noticed that the order you specified is a sidecart order. I can move these items out of the sidecart and submit the order using the payment method on your account, but I wanted to be clear about what you would like to do with the preorder item in your sidecart. Did you want this item to join the order and have the order wait until the preorder item is ready to ship, have the preorder item ship separately, or leave the preorder item in the sidecart?

Leave the preorder item in the side cart to ship w/ an upcoming subscription.

This order was my April subscription order that had an issue. I’m surprised they just went to the side cart

I noticed it was several April subscription items. It does appear they got stuck in the sidecart, but I have moved them out into a separate order. I have sent you a confirmation email containing the information, including order number, for this new order. I expect the order will leave the warehouse promptly. Thank you for your patience!
