Shield bonuses from different sources do not stack.
You could, however, have a shield spell and a +1 heavy fortification buckler and get the benefit of the higher shield bonus from shield as well as the benefits of the heavy fortification property; you just wouldn't get the extra +2 to AC from the buckler and its enhancement bonus.
