I've noticed a number of people this morning have reported that they are having trouble accessing their shopping carts.

I have filed a request for the tech team to look into this. I'll do my best to provide updates as I find out more.

The page telling me about the problem shows me the following text:

Sorry, there was a problem handling your request. The system administrator has been notified.
Please contact webmaster@paizo.com if you continue to have difficulties.

If I try the webmaster contact link, I get a return eMail, telling me my eMail could'nt be delivered. Here's the delivery report I got:

Final-Recipient: rfc822; root@paizo.com
Original-Recipient: rfc822;webmaster@paizo.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1
Remote-MTA: dns; mailext.paizo.com

My cart is also inaccessible with the same error, either to view or check out. I added a Pathfinder Card game bundle yesterday, and that's all that's currently in my cart.

Hi! I think I broke things!

I successfully added the Ironfang invasion pawns to my sidecart but then came back later to get Strange Aeons book 1 and couldn't access my shopping cart with the same message as everyone else.

My shopping cart probably won't provide any help on this issue at present, but for the second time I reproduced a problem where adding a physical product to my shopping cart caused all of the PDFs there to vanish without a trace. The first time this happened was in the middle of the upgrades, but I got it to happen again last night.

I had already done considerable further fiddling to re-acquire the missing PDFs before I thought of reporting the problem.


I too have been unable to access my cart. This started last night for me, so maybe 12 hours ago or a little more at the time of me writing this post? I tried sending an error report email to the webmaster account, but I got the "message could not be sent" error reply as well.

UPDATE:
The tech team found the problem and fixed it.
Carts should be working now!
