Seducer Build

Advice

Dark Archive

I'm looking for advice on how to build a Seducer Archetype witch in a manner which it can best charm vampires while avoiding being dominated by them.

My character is a silver-tongued human who's starting feats are Racial Heritage (dhampir) and Natural Charmer.
This bit can't be helped as its already rooted in who the character herself is.

But I'd appreciate any ideas for her build or avenues that I could explore as she levels.

There is the Mask of the Stony Demeanor that gives +10 on Bluff Checks. There are Rogue Talents: Coax Information which lets you substitute your Bluff roll for Diplomacy Checks. And there is Honeyed Words that lets you Roll twice and take the better result.

The Disguise Self Spell gives you a +10 on Disguise Checks.

If you take only these, you can become anyone you want and convince anyone of anything, just about

In order to avoid being dominated, you're going to want to pump up your will saves- Iron Will/Improved Iron Will, if that's a big thing for her character. The Defiant Luck feat tree (for humans) might also be of use to pump up her saving throws, or the Human feat "Heroic Will", which lets you make a second save against a mind-effecting affect (including domination) once per day.

Since seducer is Charisma based, the Steadfast Personality feat could bump up your will-save against Domination (among other things).

Spell Focus (Enchantment) would be good to increase your enchantment spells, though unless you take Threnodic Spell you won't be able to use those spells on vampires.

Hope this helps! I'll look for some more stuff that isn't off the top of my head later, if you'd like :)

Protection from Evil will not stop you being dominated, but it will stop the domination from working on you.

There is a wayfinder resonant power that gives this.

Lets see you might want to consider "Hood of the living" maybe?
Though the Ioun stone resonant power that Cevah speaks of have been errat'd to death as its now just cast protection from [alignment] as a immidiate action and then drain your ioun stone to uselessness.

On another note: With Spellfocus:Necromancy you could pick up the metamagic (or is it a passive feat, cant remember) that allows you to affect undead with enchantment spells.
So yeah you might want to invest in a wand of protection from evil.
