I'm playing a Shirren envoy in a Dead Suns game, a high fashion, minor celebrity space bug DJ. I love this character, but sadly, they're proving nigh impossible to find a mini for. Yes, I know there is the icon Shirren in the upcoming set, but that Mystic is hardly going to be representative of all shirren.
I've dug around on reaper, toyed with hero forge, and I can't find anything or one that seems to make bug people. So, I'm curious, what are other shirren players doing for their minis?

Reapermini has a fly demon that I modded by cutting off the wings and adding some other stuff. Is it perfect? Certainly not, but it works for letting people know that the model represents the Shirrin I the party.

Don't know if you're still looking for ideas on this....
There is a shirren mini available on Shapeways, but it is a bit pricy at $12. I did purchase this mini and found the quality to be excellent, and it accepts paint quite well, too.

I also found some wee plastic ant/bees from a local store, and played chop shop with some Starwars minis, to get a pistol wielding bug person.
These might work, and they are cheap too!

I 3D printed shirren head from Thingiverse and did a headswap with another miniature, but I acknowledge that not many have access to that. I have seen the above referenced Shapeways model in person and it's nice and works very well. It's probably the best choice right now.
If you want to do as little work as possible, a recent heroclix set has a couple figures with bug-like heads which may be close enough. (https://www.coolstuffinc.com/p/265985)

Maybe a Red Mantis Assassin would work nicely.
I think old Vrusk miniatures can still be found. Those were the insectile PC race from the old Star Frontiers RPG. They're a little more "centaur" shaped, but still look good. If you go to eBay and type in Vrusk, several pop up, but the price point might be too high. Currently around $8.
